This role is a hands-on position designed for a marketing professional to build and scale the marketing function from scratch in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of marketing experience in relevant industries
• Strong hands-on skills in performance marketing and conversion optimization
• Understanding of trader behavior and brokerage selection
• Proficiency in English (C1)
• Experience managing contractors
• Ability to build marketing systems from scratch
• Comfortable with data-driven decision-making
• Experience with educational funnels is a plus
• Personal trading experience is desirable
• SEO-heavy background is a plus
