In Short

• Drive marketing efforts targeted at high-value pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research stakeholders.
• Design and deliver personalized, multi-channel campaigns.
• Support the Senior Director in translating go-to-market strategy into actionable marketing plans.
• Execute and optimize marketing programs targeting high-value accounts.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize for continuous improvement.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools for content deployment.
• Support lifecycle and upsell programs for increased engagement.
• Work with cross-functional teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Contribute to the development of ABM and Business Line marketing plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience focused on ABM.
• Experience targeting sponsors or sites in pharma or biotech preferred.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Familiarity with marketing AI tools and digital channels preferred.
• Data-driven and creative approach to B2B ABM.
• Ability to adapt in a global market.
• Story Branding experience is a plus.
