As a Senior Accountant at OnePlan, you’ll work closely with Finance and Operations, managing complex financial processes, preparing key reports, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data for both local and international operations.
In Short
Assist in the preparation of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close workbooks for multinational entities.
Manage the preparation and timely filing of income, sales, and payroll tax compliance.
Perform or review account reconciliations, accruals, and prepaid journal entries.
Oversee billing, invoice delivery, and reconciliation processes.
Post or review vendor bills and verification of timesheets.
Prepare or review monthly bank reconciliations including credit card transactions.
Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and provide insights to senior management.
Prepare documentation for external auditors and assist in coordinating audits.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Undertake special projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
At least 7 years of progressive accounting experience with a focus on global accounting.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and a certified CPA.
Strong understanding of US GAAP and accounting principles.
Proficient in Excel and advanced accounting software skills, with QuickBooks experience.
Ability to work with large data sets and navigate databases.
Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take on more responsibilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects.
