Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our dynamic and fast-paced team at OnePay, crucial to supporting our General and Administrative (G&A) functions, providing high-impact analyses and actionable insights to our CFO and other senior leadership.

In Short

• Lead development of budgets and forecasts for G&A departments.
• Serve as the financial partner to G&A functions.
• Track and analyze expenses for cost efficiency.
• Analyze financial results and conduct variance analyses.
• Deliver regular and ad-hoc financial reports.
• Create presentations and reports for investors.
• Ensure financial data integrity and compliance.
• Develop and maintain financial models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in corporate finance or similar roles.
• Proven experience providing financial insights to leadership.
• Expert financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to improve financial processes.
• Strong collaboration and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working with a CFO or Head of FP&A.
