In Short

• Be the contact person for your online marketing team, continuously developing it and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in close collaboration with management.
• Monitor and track relevant performance indicators (KPIs), create meaningful reports, and prepare in-depth analyses.
• Take charge of strategic planning, operational control, and budget management for performance marketing channels.
• Contribute to data-driven optimization of performance marketing campaigns to achieve efficiency and marketing goals.
• Utilize deep knowledge in brand and performance marketing to enhance brand presence and reach.
• Manage additional marketing areas such as Meta Ads, content production, email marketing, and social media management.
• Act as a liaison with other departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• Completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., business, media, or communication sciences, e-commerce) or comparable training.
• At least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on performance, preferably in an international context.
• Proven experience in leading a team and motivating them to achieve top performance.
• Demonstrated successes in performance marketing and campaign management.
• Strong enthusiasm for data-driven processes and excellent knowledge of various performance marketing channels.
• Experience in the B2B SaaS environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and high social competence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Open to innovative marketing approaches and possesses a hands-on mentality.
