Team Lead Online Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Onepage GmbH is a SaaS company focused on enabling entrepreneurs to easily build modern, fast, and conversion-optimized websites and landing pages.

In Short

• You will be the point of contact for your online marketing team, continuously developing it and providing constructive feedback.
• In close collaboration with management, you will develop and implement the overall marketing strategy of the company, selecting marketing channels and communication concepts tailored to the target audience.
• You will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and tracking of relevant performance metrics (KPIs), creating meaningful reports and preparing in-depth analyses (e.g., with Google Analytics, tracking tools).
• You will take on strategic planning, operational management, and budget control for our performance marketing channels (e.g., SEA, SEO, Social Ads, Display).
• You will play a significant role in the data-driven optimization of our performance marketing campaigns aimed at increasing efficiency, optimizing conversions, and achieving our marketing goals (CPA, ROAS, etc.).
• With your deep knowledge in brand and performance marketing, you will contribute creative ideas and data-driven approaches for building our brand and effectively increasing reach.
• You will also manage other marketing areas such as Meta Ads, content production, email marketing, press work, social media management, website optimization, SEO, and support your team at events.
• Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to other departments and external service providers.

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your studies in a relevant field (e.g., business, media, or communication sciences, e-commerce) or a comparable qualification.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on performance, preferably in an international environment.
• You have successfully led a team and motivated them to achieve top performance.
• You can demonstrate concrete successes in performance marketing and campaign management.
• You are excited about data-driven processes and have excellent knowledge of various performance marketing channels, recognizing weaknesses and optimization potentials.
• Ideally, you have experience in the B2B SaaS environment.
• You possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and high social competence.
• You are a strong organizational talent, set clear priorities, and keep track of a variety of tasks.
• Additionally, you have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Your profile is rounded out by openness to innovative marketing approaches and a hands-on mentality.
