In Short

• Lead remediation efforts across Onebrief’s infrastructure and product teams.
• Translate compliance findings, vulnerability reports, and risk assessments into engineering initiatives.
• Ensure remediation tasks are scoped, resourced, prioritized, and completed on schedule.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, product engineering, IT, and cybersecurity teams.
• Maintain remediation dashboards and reports for executive leadership and auditors.
• Drive adoption of engineering best practices.
• Track dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain visibility on remediation status.
• Develop workflows to integrate remediation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage large-scale remediation or migration programs.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills are required.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles.
• Strong background in coordinating across infrastructure, product engineering, and IT teams.
• Proven ability to translate technical/security requirements into execution plans.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, SOC 2, or CMMC frameworks is preferred.
• Hands-on background in software engineering, DevOps, or systems engineering is preferred.
• Experience with program management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile Program Management are preferred.
