You’ll work with an Organic Growth Strategist to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
Define and execute client-focused content strategy and goals.
Oversee content production for a small team of writers and editors.
Manage client interactions and educate them about content processes.
Conduct research and manage client SME interview processes.
Support experimentation projects within the content team.
Establish and ensure content guidelines are met.
Assist in freelance staff hiring and onboarding.
Step in to write or edit for clients as needed.
Promote a culture of consistent improvement and quality work.
Requirements
Experience in editing and/or writing SEO and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities.
Experience interviewing subject matter experts.
Familiarity with content briefing and strategy.
Adaptable and open to experimentation.
Process-oriented with efficient time management.
Positive attitude and passion for excellent content.
Degree in English, creative writing, journalism, or content marketing preferred.
Experience in B2B, SaaS, and/or marketing is a plus.
