Overview

This is an exciting and rare opportunity for someone to join our vibrant and rapidly growing team as a Manager in Media accountability.

In Short

  • Monitor and influence media buying performance/value improvements across global markets.
  • Manage a portfolio of global clients and fulfill Media Investment Brief objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the global media community and clients.
  • Track media auditing and align with external Media Auditors.
  • Support team on global pitches and market communications.
  • Assist local markets with queries and contract confirmations.
  • Design reporting templates and manage deliverables and targets.
  • Compile buying results and ad hoc reporting for clients and auditors.
  • Support directors in refining media KPIs and managing delivery.
  • Line manage analysts and senior analysts, including training.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of media measurement metrics and market pricing dynamics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience supervising or managing junior team members.
  • International media experience is ideal but not essential.
  • Experience at a media auditor or in media buying.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Highly numerate and competent in Excel.
