Product Owner - Remote

Overview

As a core member of our Product House, the Product Owner is responsible for articulating, defining, and prioritizing business features, as well as managing changes to our Product from inception to deployment.

In Short

• Ensure efficient communication and collaboration between your squad and other parts of the company.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Oversee the consistent delivery of value and resolution of user problems.
• Conduct competitive analysis for the product(s).
• Coordinate with product managers and other product owners.
• Collaborate with the tech lead to assess technical feasibility.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the squad’s backlog.
• Maintain end-to-end accountability for the product(s).
• Develop and maintain the squad’s roadmap.
• Define, implement, and track key product performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct competitive analysis.
• Experience in backlog management.
• Knowledge of user experience principles.
• Ability to define and track performance metrics.
• Experience in product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with secure software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
