Staff Product Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Staff Product Designer on our member experience product team, you’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, behavioral researchers, and data scientists to explore, design, prototype, test, and iterate on solutions that help people make lasting changes to their health.

In Short

• Leading our visual and experience design expression and implementation across our product experience.
• Partnering with other designers to nurture and manage our design system.
• Identifying gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience.
• Driving the design process through definition, ideation, concept development, validation, wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
• Collaborating closely within your product team.
• Using user-centered methodologies and tools to communicate ideas.
• Crafting designs that connect user needs, data, business goals, and clinical insight.
• Identifying opportunities to improve Omada’s processes and systems.
• Owning and tackling complex design challenges.
• Leading and mentoring other designers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in design.
• 5+ years of experience in an in-house product team.
• Strong conceptual thinking.
• Exceptional visual and experience design skills.
• Experience maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive experience over the design process.
• Experience leading small teams.
