Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time. As a Product Graduate Intern, you will lead advance discovery, work with engineers on feature development, and help to shape strategic initiatives in support of Omada’s long term vision.

In Short

• Full-time summer internship from June through August/September 2025.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of application processes using Amplitude.
• Perform competitor market research to enhance application flows.
• Design and execute A/B testing programs to improve user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Develop and execute communication strategies for initiatives.
• Review and redesign email templates for improved communication.
• Utilize data analysis tools to derive meaningful insights.
• Engage in strategic thinking to optimize processes.
• Possess strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Pursuing an MBA, Master's, or advanced degree in relevant fields.
• Interest in digital health or healthcare technology.
• Understanding of product development cycles (Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with digital health technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail in analysis and communication.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
