Field Services Coordinator - Applied Technology - Remote

Overview

The Field Services Coordinator in the Applied Technology team will collaborate with design teams to deliver training, consulting, standards implementation, and technical support for operational efficiency.

In Short

• Provide Tier 3 & 4 support for field services software and hardware.
• Manage mobile device setup and workflows for field services projects.
• Administer and support Metafield and OpenGround KeyLab platforms.
• Oversee lab computer and equipment maintenance and updates.
• Support software installation, configuration, and license management.
• Manage surveying and field services equipment.
• Track and maintain inventory of field hardware and software assets.
• Collaborate with teams to develop standardized workflows.
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for field services software and hardware.
• Facilitate user group meetings and live training events.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
• Associate degree or prior college experience in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of technical support or coordination experience.
• Advanced knowledge of field data management tools.
• Proficiency in Metafield and OpenGround.
• Strong organizational skills for managing equipment and documentation.
• Practical experience in mobile device management.
