Overview

The Technology Coordinator is responsible for maintaining data reliability and providing tech support to ensure the smooth operation of systems while helping the team make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in IT support or help desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of MacOS, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Clear communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
