Senior Manager, G&A Finance - Remote

Overview

Olo is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) function, focusing on G&A investments and driving forecast accuracy.

In Short

• Lead compensation-focused FP&A efforts, aligning with various departments.
• Optimize existing processes for headcount reporting and forecasting.
• Manage G&A departmental budgets in collaboration with budget owners.
• Consolidate company-wide P&L forecasts for executive meetings.
• Support investor relations by translating internal analyses into external narratives.
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close for accurate P&L data.
• Implement and optimize financial planning tools.
• Improve invoice and contract approval processes with Accounts Payable and Legal.
• Manage and develop a FP&A Manager.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, Strategic Planning, or Accounting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with executive leaders.
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience in designing streamlined processes and improving internal controls.
• Ability to manage multiple budget and forecasting versions with attention to detail.
• Proactive in identifying process improvement opportunities.
