Overview

As the Director of Product Management for Olo Engage, you work to ensure the development of Olo's strategic product roadmap and tactical delivery of those products, including the primary products: Guest Data Platform (GDP), Marketing Automation, and Host. You guide product initiatives throughout the lifecycle from concept testing, development, launch, measurement, and ongoing enhancement. You bring essential product strategy and program management capabilities and experience to the team to build and mentor a team of product professionals. You will foster a culture of collaboration, communication, skill-sharing, teamwork, mutual respect, and curiosity with the ultimate goal of solving customer problems and delivering on key outcomes.

  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback for product innovation.
  • Run quarterly planning processes for alignment and progress tracking.
  • Formulate business cases and develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor product performance using data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features.
  • Lead and mentor a group of product managers.
  • Secure resources necessary for achieving outcomes.
  • Establish relationships with key customers for insights.
  • Partner with the Executive Team on new investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management with MarTech experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in leadership in a high-growth software organization.
  • Proven track record of leading product teams.
  • Experience with the development and launch of new products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in monetizing SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Passion for customer-centric product development.
