• Contribute to product roadmaps using customer insights and market research.
• Establish understanding of product, customers, and user pain points.
• Frame problems via research and conversations with customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical or business role at a product-led company.
• 1 year engaging with enterprise B2B customers.
• Leadership experience in professional or academic settings.
• Proficient in modern web technologies and design principles.
• Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness.
• Able to manage workload independently and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Agile product development lifecycle.
• Legally able to work in the United States.
