• Develop ad creatives for various platforms using the Pencil platform.
• Master the latest GenAI models for insights, copy, and media generation.
• Work with clients to meet advertising demands for quality and speed.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance creative quality and explore new techniques.
• Maintain active proficiency in AI tools and trends.
• 2-3 years of experience in advertising creative development required.
• Experience with GenAI tools and techniques is essential.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper.
• Experience with GenAI techniques like model selection & prompting.
• Any experience using GenAI for real-world advertising creative.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and management skills.
• Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with high-speed internet.
• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
