GenAI Creator - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for AI experienced Digital Designers, who will form part of a brand new role within our business as a GenAI Creator. GenAI Creators will use the Pencil platform to deliver high quality, high performing ads to either enterprise clients or small businesses.

In Short

• Develop ad creatives for various platforms using the Pencil platform.
• Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation.
• Supplement GenAI creative work with manual retouching as necessary.
• Work with Customer Success team to understand and shape client briefs.
• Explore and implement new GenAI techniques.
• Test new GenAI features with Product & Engineering teams.
• Maintain active AI proficiency and keep up to date with AI trends.
• Collaborate and contribute to AI knowledge-sharing sessions.
• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools and techniques.

Requirements

• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development.
• Experience with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Jasper.
• Experience with GenAI techniques such as model selection & prompting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and management skills.
• Preference for candidates who have prior agency experience.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with an internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
• A collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
