• Use the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality ads.
• Master the latest GenAI models for insights, copy, and media generation.
• Work with data and predictions for fast turnarounds.

• Maintain active AI proficiency and upskill continuously.
• 2-3 years’ experience in advertising creative development required.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Midjourney and Adobe Firefly preferred.
• Strong written English skills are essential.
• Access to a reliable computer with good internet connection is necessary.

• Experience with GenAI techniques like model selection & prompting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Good personal communication and management skills.
• Preference for candidates with prior agency experience.
• Strong written English skills.
• Access to a reliable computer with internet connection exceeding 40 Mbps.
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
