Asset Librarian and Data Analyst - Remote

Become a part of our innovative and dynamic team. This is a hands-on role managing the Digital Asset Management system for a leading industry, worker safety, and consumer goods client. You will be responsible for leading its long-term deployment strategy, implementation, and workflow.

In Short

• Acts as primary liaison between client and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Will act as a super user for client’s Digital Asset Management system.
• Develop and maintain a metadata entry protocol.
• Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets.
• Manages the Digital Asset system and facilitates the uploading of assets.
• Registers internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system.
• Facilitates retrieval of previously catalogued images/shoots.
• Processes raw images using the appropriate software.
• Generates asset download reports.
• Keeps informed of latest Digital Asset Management technology trends.

Requirements

• Expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM).
• Experience in deploying, implementing, and managing DAM systems.
• Ability to act as a super user and provide training to others.
• Strong knowledge of developing and maintaining metadata entry protocols.
• Experience in defining metadata and taxonomy guidelines.
• Ability to effectively serve as the primary liaison between clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in English for global communication.
• Capable of generating asset download reports.
• Experience in facilitating the retrieval and archiving of digital assets.
• Maintain accurate records and procedures for the DAM system.
