Overview

As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal part in a fast-paced in-house agency, running the day-to-day, growth, and development.

• Lead projects through workflow and meet all deadlines.
• Create briefs, kick off and manage projects, lead communication.
• Monitor team effort and ensure proper resourcing.
• Preflight new projects for multiple lines of business.
• Perform quality control on final deliverables.
• 3+ years project management experience required.
• Experience with workflow/project management platforms.
• Proficient in English for seamless communication.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and positive attitude.

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience with design studio or advertising agency.
• Experience with workflow/project management and DAM platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and pivot as necessary.
• Coordinating work with Off-Shore teams.
• Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge is a plus.
