Senior Web Designer - Remote Germany (CRO & Funnel)

• Build and operate funnels: From ads/SEO/referral to solution/industry pages, case studies/proofs
• Design converting pages: Continuous optimization of design and copy to enhance the website, in collaboration with the content and marketing department.
• No-Code implementation & quality assurance: Create pages and modules in the shop/CMS, handover to internal/external developers as needed.
• Test & Learn: Collaborate with the tech and marketing team to design various A/B tests.
• Work closely with marketing & sales: Ensure message match between ads and pages; incorporate feedback from sales/B2B into the pages.
• Hygiene & Basics: Clean structure, understandable forms, clear next steps, basic SEO on landing pages (titles, meta, internal linking).

Requirements

• Several years of web design in e-commerce with proven conversion or lead increases (please provide examples).
• Strong funnel and marketing understanding: offers, objections, social proof, clear calls-to-action.
• No-Code/Low-Code routine in shop/CMS builders; basic understanding of CSS for clean handovers.
• Experience with planned experiments (A/B tests) and user behavior analysis using heat maps (Clarity, Hotjar).
• Very good German for precise, sales-strong web texts (short and long copy); clear, structured communication.
• Plus: Affinity for LLMs (e.g., for idea generation/variants) with secure editorial quality check.
