Remote Senior UX Designer

In Short

• Create user experience wireframes and prototypes in Figma, focusing on user needs and journeys for design execution.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary teams to drive product innovation.
• Develop design documentation, including style guides and pattern libraries, collaborating with Visual Designers to create high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings and workshops that align with project phases and client goals.
• Present designs and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities within existing projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX design.
• Strong knowledge of wireframing, information architecture, and usability principles.
• Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Solid understanding of experience design principles and processes.
