Requirements

• 1-3 years of copy experience in E-Commerce with proven examples.
• Strong skills in short copy (hooks, headlines, CTAs) and structured long copy.
• Understanding of funnels and audience targeting.
• Ability to independently implement texts in CMS/email tools.
• Basic understanding of CSS is a plus.
• Test mentality: develop variants and document results.
• Fluent in German with clear and concise communication.
• Affinity for LLMs for idea generation is a nice-to-have.
