EHR Training Specialist - Medical Billing / RCM - Remote

Overview

The EHR Training Specialist - Billing / RCM provides our clients with optimum knowledge of our software and assists them in their transition to our platform. This position specializes in medical billing / revenue cycle management.

In Short

• Use blended learning model to train various healthcare staff.
• Deliver training through multiple methods including webinars and onsite support.
• Perform workflow analyses and develop electronic based practice workflows.
• Regularly provide education/training for software implementation.
• Assist in content creation for training materials.
• Troubleshoot and communicate issues at client sites.
• Provide remote and onsite go-live support.
• Travel up to 2 weeks each month to client locations.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of EHR training experience required.
• Strong understanding of medical billing procedures required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Technologically proficient with various software applications.
