• Build, optimize and scale products and services for cafe owners, vendors and coffee drinkers.
• Prototype new ideas and iterate fast towards the best customer experience.
• Interact with stakeholders such as Product, Design, Marketing and Operations.
• Serve as a technical resource and engineering mentor for other developers.
• Build and support mission-critical production applications.
• Live and breathe the full product lifecycle.
• Design, architect, implement and test full-stack development.
• Collaborate on solutions with others.
• Take an analytical but pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Deliver high-quality software on time.

Requirements

• Experience with Ruby/Rails, React Native/Web (Typescript/JavaScript).
• Familiarity with Federated GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Ability to prototype and iterate quickly.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in mentoring other developers.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects end to end.
• Comfortable with a polyglot tech stack.
• Strong communication skills.
