Overview

We are seeking an HR Business Partner for an 8-month fixed-term contract starting in September 2025 to provide HR support for our team.

In Short

• Support HR for 80 employees in various functions.
• Conduct professional interviews and manage HR requests.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in HR, including 3+ years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting a mainly managerial population.
• Strong knowledge of labor law.
• Proficient in Google Suite.
• Experience in conducting employee follow-up interviews.
• Strong interpersonal skills for diverse contexts.
• Organizational skills and confidentiality.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Critical thinking to challenge existing practices.
• Ability to maintain objectivity in various situations.
