The Medical Billing Specialist at OCHIN is responsible for providing accurate and timely revenue cycle and account management services to member clients, ensuring compliance with payer requirements and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in billing and/or coding revenue cycle preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing.
• Experience billing for California is highly preferred.
• FQHC and dental billing experience preferred.
• Medical Billing Certification from AAPC is preferred.
• Rural hospital experience required for acute care work.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home office environment.
• High-speed internet service required.
