Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst III supports the mission of OCHIN by designing, developing, testing, documenting, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports across a broad platform of business intelligence tools.

In Short

• Full-time position with a focus on business intelligence tools.
• Supports the full lifecycle of projects in the Population Health/Reporting Analytics department.
• Requires effective communication and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Responsible for the execution of the reporting lifecycle.
• Develops and updates technical documentation for reporting systems.
• Works independently with JIRA tickets.
• Leads requirement gathering meetings.
• Acts as a technical liaison for reporting systems.
• Participates in process improvement efforts.
• Must complete a competency assessment prior to the interview.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Epic Cogito or Clarity Certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Healthcare or IT.
• High proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like SSMS and Crystal Reports.
• Experience with Epic Cogito SQL is preferred.
• Ability to identify and analyze end user requirements.
• Experience optimizing and maintaining complex reports.
• Must be vaccinated against COVID-19.
• Ability to work independently from a home office environment.
