Overview

The role of a Manager - Operations is both a strategic and tactical one. As a consultative leader, they bridge the gap between performance and purpose—aligning Divers with Oceans’ mission, vision, and culture while empowering them to grow into the best versions of themselves.

In Short

• Oversee 80-100 client-facing Divers.
• Conduct fortnightly check-ins to understand Diver satisfaction.
• Create a framework for Diver engagement and retention.
• Address Diver grievances and provide recommendations.
• Manage performance reviews and cultivate a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with Client Success and Delivery Management teams.
• Partner with HR and Training for quarterly Training Needs Analysis.
• Ensure infrastructure supports Diver satisfaction and growth.
• Act as the Diver’s voice in internal development processes.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams.
