Overview

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will ensure the quality of consumer goods packaging and bundling before they reach customers, focusing on compliance and quality checks.

• Inspect packaging materials against specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on bundling and kitting operations.
• Validate labels for accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management or related field.
• 3–7 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in packaging materials and standards.
• Experience with DTC e-commerce and Amazon FBA.
• Knowledge of AQL sampling and packaging test methods.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and working-level English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
