Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d) - Remote

Overview

We seek a fully qualified lawyer to provide pragmatic, solution-oriented legal counsel to drive business goals while managing legal risks, reporting directly to the Head of Legal and Compliance.

In Short

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of national and international commercial contracts.
• Providing legal support for research projects and creating R&D agreements.
• Handling routine corporate law matters and preparing documentation.
• Contributing to the Compliance Management System.
• Interacting with domestic and non-domestic public authorities.
• Providing legal advice to key departments emphasizing international context.

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer under German law or comparable degree.
• Professional working proficiency in English and good German skills.
• Ability to think entrepreneurially and deliver pragmatic legal solutions.
• High level of commitment and strong self-initiative.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to present legal issues clearly.
• Proficient in common office IT applications.
• Initial professional experience as a Legal Counsel or attorney is a plus.
• Knowledge of other legal systems, particularly UK or US Law, is a plus.
