Senior Solutions Architect - AI Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join the higher education and research team to optimize the design and deployment of AI infrastructure in academic and research environments.

• Collaborate as a key technical advisor for university-level research computing infrastructures.
• Optimize hardware utilization with software orchestration tools.
• Implement systems monitoring and management tools for resource optimization.
• Document learnings through training, whitepapers, and blogs.
• Gather feature requests and product feedback from researchers.
• Strong experience in designing and deploying GPU-accelerated computing infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of cluster orchestration and job scheduling technologies.
• Experience with container tools and at-scale deployment of environments.
• Expertise in systems performance optimization of research computing environments.
• Familiarity with datacenter networking technologies and power/cooling systems.

Requirements

• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or Computer Science.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Background in deploying LLM training and inference workflows.
• Experience in delivering technical training and mentoring.
• Knowledge of debugging and profiling tools.
