Software Engineer – Full Stack - Remote

Overview

Nucleus Security is seeking a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help expand and improve our platform for high-impact cybersecurity workflows.

In Short

• Contribute to building and maintaining features in support of the product roadmap.
• Debug and troubleshoot customer reported issues and fix bugs across the stack.
• Continuously learn and improve your technical skill set.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Work with external APIs to ingest, process, and store data.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.

Requirements

• 0–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with a backend programming language.
• Experience with a frontend framework (React, Vue, etc.).
• Familiarity with web development concepts (APIs, HTTP, frontend/backend interaction).
• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
