Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Computing.
• CEH certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in EDR and Trend Micro.
• Entry-level experience in security/network/system administration.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Client-focused approach to service delivery.
• Willingness to work longer hours when necessary.
• Experience with troubleshooting and support in ICT environments.
