In Short

• Responsible for presenting our learning app to institutions in the healthcare sector.
• Manage cooperation with various stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team.
• Conduct digital demo appointments and follow-ups until closing.
• Develop ideas for renewal, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Contribute to product development by providing customer feedback to the product team.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to identify customer needs.

• Flexible working hours without weekend and holiday duties.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a nurse or in a related healthcare field.
• Degree in nursing education, management, or related fields.
• Strong communication and acquisition skills.
• Motivated, socially competent, and outgoing.
• Reliable and well-groomed appearance.
• Desire to work in flat hierarchies.
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Preferred residence in Münster and surrounding areas.
