Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to bridge operations, strategy, and analytics. This role drives data-based decision-making, connecting operational performance with strategic insight.

In Short

• Analyze and optimize operational processes (Customer Service, Logistics, Customer Feedback).
• Conduct lifecycle, trend, and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards (Power BI or similar) with key KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operations and Strategy teams to translate data into clear actions.
• Ensure data quality, integration, and governance across multiple systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 2+ years in data analysis (ideally fintech or operations-related).
• SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Data integration and quality management.
• Basic Python and statistical analysis (a plus).
• Communication and storytelling.
• Project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical precision and results-oriented mindset.
• Languages (mandatory): English + Spanish or English + Russian.
