Overview

The Case Management Supervisor, Early Start is responsible for overseeing case management and community program activities within a defined geographic area, ensuring effective implementation of individual program plans for clients with developmental disabilities.

Requirements

• Three years of case management experience, with one year in developmental services.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of case management techniques and community resources.
• Ability to interpret legal requirements and policy standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in a language in addition to English is desirable.
• Flexibility in work hours is necessary.
• Personal transportation may be required.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions.
