Shopify Support - Product Maintenance / Store Care - Remote

Overview

As part of our team, you will support product maintenance in Shopify: creating products, updating content, maintaining images/variants, and keeping data consistent. You will work according to clear checklists, perform quality checks in the frontend, and ensure that our shops remain clean and up-to-date.

In Short

• Product maintenance in the Shopify admin interface
• Media & content management: image order, alt texts, file names, simple content adjustments
• Meta-data & structure management: filling metafields, assigning templates, correct product/collection mapping
• Quality checks: verifying frontend representation and data completeness
• Working based on SOPs: following checklists/guidelines and documenting changes
• Fully remote work with flexible hours

Requirements

• Proficient in using Shopify (admin interface, products, variants, collections - no coding required)
• Very careful working style (attention to detail, consistency, spelling)
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for text suggestions/structure/ideas
• Good German language skills (basic English is a plus)
