In Short

• Fully remote role open to candidates within UTC+2 to UTC-4 timezones.
• Manage a small team of engineers (3-4).
• Take ownership of the product roadmap.
• Provide technical guidance on architectural and design decisions.

• Drive successful product delivery and ensure on-time project completion.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate user needs into a technical roadmap.
• Implement processes for performance reviews and career development.

• Prior experience in compiler projects is a plus.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in team management.
• 6+ years of experience in technical leadership.
• Ability to direct without micromanaging.
• Experience with performance reviews and hiring processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable software architectures.
• Expertise in code and product launch reviews.
• Nice to have: experience building compilers.
• Nice to have: experience with Rust projects.
