Overview

The Sales Manager for Enterprise Campus Edge will develop and implement a high-volume go-to-market business strategy for Southeast Asia, focusing on driving growth and aligning with APAC and global strategies.

In Short

  • Lead the sales strategy for Enterprise Campus Edge in Southeast Asia.
  • Align local strategies with APAC and global objectives.
  • Work closely with ECE Sales team and Solutions business unit.
  • Focus on achieving annual sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Manage pipeline and improve deal conversion rates.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and organizational health.
  • Develop clear accountability within the team.
  • Drive strategic initiatives for accelerated growth.
  • Operate in a start-up-like environment.
  • Located in ASEAN capital cities, preferably Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur.

  • Proven experience in sales management.

  • Ability to drive revenue and manage pipelines.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in enterprise solutions is a plus.
