In Short

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy for OCD via video platform.
• Manage caseload and schedule effectively.
• Maintain clinical documentation using NOCD EHR system.

• Full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
• Must have availability for weeknight/weekend sessions.
• Open to treating children and adolescents after training.

Requirements

• Full and unrestricted license to practice in Virginia.
• Master's Degree required.
• At least 6 months of experience with evidence-based therapies.
• Knowledge of ERP preferred.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Comfortable using technology for communication.
• Organized and enthusiastic learner.
• Private location with reliable internet access.
• Willingness to work in a goal-driven environment.
• Participate in cross-license application process during onboarding.
