Software Engineer I, Mobile (Aspire/FieldRoutes) - Remote

Overview

The Software Engineer will be responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions in a full stack capacity, working with the internal development team.

• Responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions.
• Work with the internal development team to define software requirements.
• Participate in the Scrum process according to Agile best practices.
• Design key software components using object-oriented techniques.
• Code and debug software components for all layers of our stack.
• Develop detailed unit tests for all code.
• Conduct code reviews and document issues.
• Implement complex functionality within the mobile app.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering roles.
• At least 1 year React Native experience.
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Experience with version control and deployment strategies.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in an engineering role for a SaaS company preferred.
• Passion for development and high desire to release code.
