Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer at Aspire, you will be responsible for producing and implementing functional software solutions within our cloud-based business management system, which automates field service operations for various businesses.

In Short

• Work with the internal development team to define software requirements.
• Participate in the Scrum process and contribute to architectural design.
• Design and code software components using object-oriented techniques.
• Conduct code reviews and develop integration tests.
• Lead continuous improvement of the development process.
• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience required.
• Experience in SaaS companies preferred.
• Must have experience with C#, .Net, and SQL Databases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in software engineering roles.
• Experience with C#, .Net, WebAPI, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Angular.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Git and design patterns.
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, Azure services is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Must be able to document and follow up on issues.
