The Junior Project Manager will support the operational core of a biotech startup focused on innovative cancer treatments, working closely with leadership to manage timelines and partnerships.

Requirements

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Netherlands
• 2+ years of project management experience in drug development
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with project management tools
• Effective communication skills
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Experience in supporting drug development programs is a plus
• Exposure to CROs and regulatory consultants is beneficial
• Familiarity with oncology or translational research is advantageous
• Prior experience in a startup is a plus
