On-site Operator - Remote

Overview

You will be responsible for visiting depots and resolving device issues on-site. This is a hands-on, independent role focused on simple troubleshooting, clear reporting, and maintaining momentum across the rollout.

In Short

• Visit 3–4 depots per week across your assigned country
• Arrive early at depots, typically between 6–8am
• Troubleshoot devices, including cable swaps, resets, and basic reinstallations
• Remain on-site where needed for 2–3 days to support depot activity
• Take clear photos and document all actions taken
• Log activity into structured spreadsheets
• Provide daily updates and summaries to the central team
• Escalate unresolved issues clearly and quickly

Requirements

• Fluent in local language + strong English
• Full driving licence, own vehicle preferred
• Comfortable with frequent travel and overnight stays
• Able to work independently and manage own schedule
• Basic technical confidence, no deep expertise required
• Highly organised with clear communication skills
