Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Handyperson to maintain our facilities while providing excellent client service. This role focuses on ensuring spaces are presentable, performing general repairs, maintaining kitchen equipment, and coordinating with vendors to deliver a consistently positive experience for building occupants.

In Short

• Ensure all spaces remain tidy and presentable according to client standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of building exteriors and interiors.
• Perform general small building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
