• You ensure optimal coordination of our manufacturing partners.
• You make economically wise decisions and keep all orders flowing.
• You monitor the overall capacity and manage a team member responsible for fine-tuning.
• You oversee production processes to ensure efficiency and timeliness.
• You analyze and question our costs for manufacturing, procurement, and packaging.
• You monitor delivery times and optimize processes to avoid delays.
• You negotiate procurement terms and manage partnerships.
• You assist in onboarding new partners to sustainably expand our network.

Requirements

• Commercial training with experience in scheduling, production control, or supply chain management.
• Strong numerical understanding and excellent Excel skills are a must – Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to question processes and proactively identify improvement potentials.
• Experience in leading or coordinating team members is advantageous.
• Structured and forward-thinking mindset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in German.
• Affinity for digital business models, ideally E-Commerce.
