Overview

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in email/SMS marketing, campaign execution, data management, and real estate/mortgage industry experience. This role is not about content creation or creative design but about precision, execution, compliance, and leveraging existing tools to optimize performance.

• Leverage and manage existing marketing systems and tools.
• Execute SMS and email marketing campaigns.

• Clear communicator and organized multitasker.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Familiar with marketing tools like Insellerate, Hubspot, etc.
